Changes and cancellation

Notify Travel With Happinezz as soon as possible of any requested change or cancellation. Additional costs arising from a change are the customer's responsibility; an estimate will be provided beforehand where possible.

Transport disruptions

Delays or cancellations of transport services may require changes to accommodation or activities. Additional costs resulting from such disruptions are the customer's responsibility.

Force majeure

Extreme weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, war, terrorism, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions or other events beyond reasonable control may make a trip unsafe or impossible to operate.

Travel With Happinezz may adjust or cancel services in such cases and will endeavour to offer alternatives and recover supplier payments where possible, but recovery cannot be guaranteed. Remaining additional costs may stay with the customer.
