Booking and payment

How reservations are confirmed, what payment is due and when.

Non-refundable deposit

A minimum 60% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Some trip components — such as certain accommodations or activities — may require full payment in advance; this will be stated on the invoice.

Remaining balance

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the start of the trip. Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.

Missed payment

If a payment is not received by the stated due date, the booking may be cancelled automatically without further notice.
